Common questions
Do I need internet?
No. It works offline, and the installer needs no internet at all. You go online once, to activate your license.
Where are my learners' records?
Only on your laptop. Your website account holds just your name, email and license.
Two laptops, one license?
No — one laptop at a time. You can move it when you change laptops.
Changing laptops?
Back up, press Deactivate (in ProTitser or in your account), then type the same key on the new laptop.
Laptop lost or broken?
Press Deactivate under My licenses in your account, then activate on the new laptop.
Updates?
ProTitser tells you when one is out. Your records and license stay.
Is this from DepEd?
No. It's an independent tool by a teacher, following DepEd rules and form layouts.
Where do licenses come from?
From the developer through your account, or from an authorized distributor. Never buy a "cracked" copy.
