Deleting your data

How to have what ProTitser keeps about you deleted. What each part keeps is in the Privacy Policy.

1. What the ProTitser Facebook page keeps.

Send the ProTitser page this message on Messenger:

DELETE MY DATA

The auto-reply deletes at once everything it keeps about you: the number Facebook gives you for the page, the times you wrote, and your name if you gave it by tapping Chat with Support. It answers that it is done. Its log never held your name or your words, and is deleted after 30 days. If you do nothing, your entry is deleted by itself 60 days after your last message.

The conversation itself is kept by Facebook under Meta's Privacy Policy. You can delete it on your side in Messenger.

2. Your account on protitser.com.

Sign in, open Account, and press Delete my account. We send a code to your email; type it and the word DELETE. Deleted at once: your name, school, email, password, sign-ins and what you wrote to Support. Your payments and the license you bought, with the name it was sold to, stay on record, as the law asks of a seller. The license is withdrawn: it can no longer be activated, also with its key.

A laptop or phone that holds your license must be freed first: press Deactivate, or Remove this phone, under My licenses. A payment that is still waiting must be answered or cancelled first.

Can't sign in? Write to [email protected] from the email of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". The developer answers within 7 days and deletes it within 30 days.

3. Your records on your laptop and phone.

They never reach protitser.com. They are yours to keep or delete on your own devices. Copies you chose to save online are in your own Google Drive, in the folders ProTitser Backups and ProTitser Sync; you can delete them there.
