Request a license
The developer checks each request and then makes your license file.
Download the app
Install ProTitser on the laptop you'll use. You stay signed in here while it downloads.
The installer isn't posted yet. Please check back soon.
Installs with no internet — everything Windows needs is inside. Copy it to a USB drive for other laptops.
How to install
- Click Download for Windows. The file goes to your Downloads folder.
- Open the file. If Windows says “Windows protected your PC”, click More info, then Run anyway.
- Follow the steps on the screen. Then open ProTitser from the Start menu or your desktop.
- Get your license. In ProTitser, open Settings → License and copy the machine code. Then .
Works on Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) with at least 4 GB RAM and 1 GB of free space. Updates are free — ProTitser tells you when one is ready.

Step-by-step guides
Activate ProTitser with your license file
- Open My licenses and click Download .lic.
- In ProTitser, open Settings → License and click Open license file…
- Pick the downloaded file. ProTitser shows Activated on this laptop.
Move your license to a new laptop
- On the old laptop, back up your records: Settings → Backup & Restore.
- Still on the old laptop: Settings → License → Deactivate. Write down the release code.
- Install ProTitser on the new laptop and copy its machine code.
- Here, open Request a license → Move my license and enter both codes.
The old laptop is lost, stolen or broken
- Install ProTitser on the new laptop and copy its machine code.
- Open Request a license → Move my license and tick "lost or broken".
- Say briefly what happened. The developer frees the old laptop by hand.
Before you reformat or reinstall Windows
- Reinstalling Windows gives the laptop a new machine code.
- Before reformatting: back up, then press Deactivate and keep the release code.
- After: install ProTitser and send a Move my license request.
Common questions
What is the machine code?
A 16-character code that identifies your laptop, like ABCD-EFGH-JKMN-PQRS. Find it in ProTitser under Settings → License. It isn't secret.
How long before my request is approved?
Each request is checked by hand, so it isn't instant. Watch My licenses — the status changes to "Approved" or "Not approved".
What happens when the free trial ends?
ProTitser turns read-only. You can still open, print and export everything — you just can't add or change records until you activate.
Can I use one license on two laptops?
No — one license works on one laptop at a time. You can move it when you change laptops.
My request says "Not approved". What now?
The reason is written under the status in My licenses. Fix it and send a new request.
Where are my learners' records kept?
Only on your laptop. This account holds just your name, school, email and license.
Is ProTitser from DepEd?
No. It's an independent tool made by a teacher. It follows DepEd rules and form layouts.
