ProTitser Privacy Policy

Updated October 16, 2026. This page says what ProTitser PC, ProTitser Mobile, the website protitser.com and the ProTitser Facebook page keep about you, why, who can see it, and how to have it deleted.

ProTitser is made by an independent developer in the Philippines ("the developer"). It is not made, owned or endorsed by the Department of Education.

1. Your learners' records stay with you.

Your learners' names, grades, attendance and school forms stay on your own laptop and phone. ProTitser does not send them to protitser.com. The one exception is what you yourself choose to send to Support: your message and its pictures, with whatever they show. A backup, a grade file or Sync online that you choose to use goes to your own Google Drive, locked, never to protitser.com.

2. What protitser.com keeps.

Your account, your license and the laptop and phone it is on, your payments, what you write to Support, and short-lived codes and counts that keep the site safe. Every item, and how long it is kept, is listed under Privacy on the home page: protitser.com/#private.

3. The ProTitser Facebook page.

When you message the ProTitser page or comment on its posts, Facebook handles what you write under Meta's own Privacy Policy, and the conversation stays on Facebook.

The page answers with an auto-reply that runs on protitser.com. Facebook sends it your message so that it can choose one of the developer's fixed answers. No outside service and no AI reads what you write. The auto-reply does not keep the words you write. It keeps only:

Your entry is deleted 60 days after your last message, and the log after 30 days. To have it deleted now, see Deleting your data.

4. How it is used.

To run your license, to answer you, and to keep the site safe. It is not sold, it is not used for ads, and the website has no trackers.

5. Who can see it.

The developer. A helper the developer gives the answering of Support to sees what teachers write to Support. A distributor who sold you a license sees the name, school and laptop of the licenses they sold. Nobody else.

6. Deleting your data.

How to have what ProTitser keeps about you deleted is on Deleting your data.

7. Changes.

When this policy changes, the new one is on this page with its date.

8. How to reach the developer.

By email at [email protected], through Support inside ProTitser, or by message on the ProTitser Facebook page.
